  The office staff is friendly and efficient. The new Walk-in appointment program has significantly improved wait time. If you're a walk-in they will schedule you an appointment so you can leave and return the same day instead of spending all day in the waiting room. Both doctors are professional and helpful and I've been given great patient care.

  I will first start off by saying that I have never received such high quality care at any other medical center across Canada. This medical center is not always open on Saturdays, however they were today. I called at 10:45am and booked an appointment for 11:15am. When I walked in, the receptionist was very friendly and immediately placed me into an examination room. Not 10 minutes later, the doctor walked in. Now, I have gone to walk-in clinics and GPs with similar concerns, but Dr. Grant had a totally different sense of care and knowledge than I have experienced at any other clinic. He was very thorough in his questioning and examination, and immediately recommended next steps for me that has put my mind at ease. Finally I feel that I will have my issues resolved properly, and if not then I will be happy knowing which possibilities will be ruled out. I highly recommend this clinic for its professionalism, cleanliness, and high quality service with a smile.
